Early in 2014, Ventas de Seguridad, the leading magazine and portal for the electronic security industry in Latin America, ranked Amalgamated Security Services’ department for Electronic Security & Integrated Systems (ESIS) the second most recognized integrator for electronic security throughout Central America and the Caribbean. The largest Latin American manufacturers and distributors for electronic security solutions were interviewed by the magazine’s dedicated working group. Based on their nominations and the working group’s detailed follow up, a list of 100 companies was presented to the magazine’s readers who ranked the nominees by way of survey for 4 regions: Mexico; Central America and the Caribbean; the Andean region; and the region of Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. ESIS was recognized in four sectors: CCTV; Access Control; Alarms; and Fire.
